Based on a set of items with a specific characteristics (volume, weight) to deliver to costumers over a wide area (a country or a continent) and a set of vehicules, PasseParToo determines which vehicule to use for each delivery and in which order the end costumers should be delivered over a weekely schedule. The optimization procedure minimizes the cost of the tours while respecting the cotumers, vehicules and drivers constraints.
- You are a small compaghie that bays a specific items to their costumers. The characteristics of your products makes impossible to use generic transportation companies such as Amazon, mail distribution companies, etc. So you call for not exlusive transporters, and so you need to compute the optimal delivery plan that takes into account price policies of the transporters, the characteristics of their vehicles and their availabilities.
- You are a transportation company that receives items to be delivered to the final costumers of your clients. You need to optimise the delivery plan in order to reduce the costs and maximase the yield with respect for the conductors constraints.
The input data can be entred quickely using the graphical interface or the excel import. The computed plan can be exported as an excel file too. The computed plan could be updated partially in such manner to keep the validated parts and only reoptimize the unfeasible part (last minute changes).
The tool is free of use for testing for 10 times with a maximun resolution time of 30 minutes. If this is not enought you can connect us to obtain more time.

PasseParToo is the result of over 25 years of experience in the fields of operations research and combinatorial optimization. It uses an optimization technique capable of evaluating a vast number of promising combinations in a very short time in order to provide the delivery plan that minimizes costs while satisfying the constraints of both end customers and transporters.
PasseParToo represent a powerful model of the delivery optimization problem that can be used to solve a wide range of cases from the simplest to the most complex, using intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces.
The user of PasseParToo retains control during the planning, negotiation, and contracting phases of the delivery plan. If one of the carriers is no longer able to ensure the delivery, PasseParToo allows for re-optimizing the delivery plan without altering the points that have already been validated (contracted).
Dr. Hakim MABED is an Associate Professor at University of Marie and Louis Pasteur. He is the designer and the developper of PasseParToo. He is an expert in combinatorial optimization specifically for Transportation and Networking systems.
